Happy New Year.
I can feel 2026 is gonna be a great year.
While visiting Mrs Schneider this week I met her Grandson Adam. Adam said something to his granny that described this week to the tee. He said, “Granny it’s that time of the year between Christmas and New Year when you don’t know what day of the week it is”.
And that summed up my week.
It was short, restful and restful. Joanne and I were even in bed at 10pm on New Years Eve. We did manage to run 5 days in a row, and the rest was couch, pool, books, backgammon, light meals and early nights.

This beautiful piece finally found a home. These are the stencils that I used to do the HOPE Gin collaboration bottles.

Key ring order in.

Here are the names of the Girls.

Spot the Italian, Belgian and English Key Rings.

New Years Day family Braai.

Me at it again in the Braai Pit.

Summer Days. Enjoying our view.

Secret recipe revealed. This is Joanne's roasted tomatoes, peppers, garlic and onion that becomes her famous tomato pasta sauce.

Leigh and Andreas popped into the studio to add to their Richard Scott collection.
That's it.
Thanks for reading and watching. Next week will be more art related as the year gets underway.
